This feature is under construction. (The whole website is under reconstruction. Host wanted us to migrate to a new versions. Sorry for our mess while we clean up!
Currently three tours are available to download for use with the Google Earth desktop client. Please download these from the pages The Wenatchee Valley, Family Matters and Ken's World War II Experiences. The first features Wenatchee Valley places, the second Badger Mountain places and the third follows Ken through World War II.
The downloads are found at the bottom of the page. Once you've downloaded the tour, run the Tour in Google Earth. (Double-click the downloaded file. It will open in Google Earth under Temporary Places. Open the folder and double-click the item named Tour. For best results, enable the following layers: Borders and Labels and Roads.)
NOTE: Dependent on your internet connection speed, you may need to run the tour several times to cache all Google Earth terrain and imagery data before it will run smoothly.
In the future, I hope to load these tours for use with the Google Earth browser plugin. (Upon current research, this will be delayed at least until I change hosting for this site.)
